This project comprised the construction of 4 two bedroom houses and 4 three bedroom houses for Hastoe Housing Association in the rural village of Winsham in Somerset.
The houses were constructed using reinforced concrete ground bearing slab and a closed panel timber frame system. Externally a mix of natural stone, blockwork and render was used to compliment the surrounding dwellings.
In order to achieve an Eco Homes rating of 'Good', a pumping chamber was installled for foul water, solar panels were installed onto the slate roofs and Electic boilers were used with a wet heating system.
