This project comprised the construction of a single block of 18 luxury dwellings and 1 commercial unit. The contemporary design incorporates 17 two bedroom units and 1 one bedroom unit in a mix of apartments, duplexes and penthouses.
The works included the installation of a piled foundation solution, beam and block ground floor and hollow core intermedate floors. The external walls were constructed using traditional rendered brickwork with feature render details. Rain screen cladding has replaced the rendered blockwork at penthouse level. The roof is finished using a combination of natural slate and stainless steel roofing materials.
The fit out works to each dwelling include the provision of appliances, sanitary ware, floor finishes, ash fine linings, mechanical and electrical installations.
