This project comprised the construction of 24 apartments and 3 retail units in two blocks. The traditional design incorporates 11 one bedroom units, 5 two bedroom units and 8 two bedroom duplexes.
The structure of the building comprised an insitu concrete ground floor frame with the first, second and third floors constructed using lightweight steel framing. Externally the walls are finished with brickwork, feature stonework details and render panels.
Each apartment has been finished with the latest contemporary style fittings, panelled doors, carpets and vinyl flooring thoughout. The commercial units were handed over on a phased basis for fit out by the tenants.
