Gadd Construct have successfully completed many affordable housing and special needs accommodation projects for major housing associations throughout the South West.
Our involvement with residential projects has evolved since the companies formation in 1983, and we are now one of the regions leading providers of construction services to Registered Social Landlords.
We have principally secured projects using design & build, partnership and negotiated routes, but have been equally successful under open tendering and two stage tenders.
