This project involved the construction of a two storey club house with terraced seating area. This provided 4900 ft2 of leisure amenities including function rooms and bar space, and 2300 ft2 of office areas and kitchens with 3300 ft2 of changing and storage facilities.
Externally the works included forming two rugby pitches with separate training area, barrier fencing, pitch drainage, floodlighting and parking facilities. Access routes to the site had to be upgraded in accordance with the local authority specification.
The total value of the works being approximately £1.04m conducted in a 38 week contract period.
