This project invloved the erection of a new extension and alterations to the existing Dyrons Leisure Centre. The new steel framed structure was constructed on traditional foundations with associated retaining structures. External walls comprised rendered blockwork and metal partitioning. Floors were constucted using precast concrete planks and the roof finished with a composite cladding system.
Internally the works involved the complete fit out of all areas, including the fitness suites, sports halls, changing and showering facilities, offices and circulation spaces.
