This project comprised the construction of an extension to an existing industrial unit. The extension provided an additional 735m2 of warehousing space for the storgae of materials for the clients' packaging production operation. Externally, a new yard was constructed with revised access road and car parking.
Careful planning and coordination with the client insured the continuous operation of the production facilities throughout the contract period.
Full design and build methodology was adopted, offering the client concept design planning services through to detailed design & construction. Numerous options were proposed to ensure maximum utilisation would be achieved from the building space.
