This scheme comprised the erection of a steel framed builders merchants sales and warehouse outlet providing a floor area of 765m2. The floor space is divided into heavy side warehousing and light side retail space.
Externally, works included the provision of a 2063m2 storage compound, access roadways and car parking.
The original 20 week programme was extended to allow the building to be adapted to meet the requirements of Buildbase who bought the warehouse during the contract period.
