This project comprises the construction of a new Primary Care Resource Centre. The centre will provide vital new facilities including 12 examination rooms, 2 treatment rooms, a physiotherapy suite and a minor surgery suite.
Set over three storeys, the centre has been designed with sustainability in mind. Construction comprises piled foundations with concrete ground, first and second floors supported by a steel frame. The facade is clad with a mixture of stone and rendered blockwork and a large glass curtain walling feature.
The new building has been designed to an extremely high specification both internally and externally, and has state-of-the-art facilities.
