This project comprised the design and construction of a part two storey and part single storey block. This provided the 1440-pupil sports college with three additional classrooms, one sports laboratory, changing rooms with associated toilet facilities, office facilities and a new dining hall which doubles as a dance space. A new commercial kitchen attached to the dinning hall will allow school meals to be produced in-house.
Gadd Construct brought together a team of local professionals incorporating architect, structural engineer and mechanical engineer to provide a fully coordinated design and construction proposal that fully satisfied the employers requirements in respect of design, budget and timescale.
