Gadd Construct have been working with Torbay Council for the last 2 years on various projects at Torquay Grammar School for Girls. As members of the Core Group, the professional team work closely together to achieve final scheme design. We carry out a variety of financial and buildability appraisals throughout the design stages insuring the client achieves best value.
Learning Resource Centre - £1,200,000.00
The project comprised the construction of a part two storey and part single storey block. This will provide the 860 pupil Foundation Grammar School catering for girls, with eight additional classrooms, associated office and toilet facilities and a large learning resource centre rising to two storey height with an open ceiling arrangement.
Sixth Form Centre - £891,000.00
This project is currently on site. We are constructing a three storey extension to an existing building to provide Learning Resource facilities for the Sixth form.
Music & Drama Block - £1,084,000.00
We are currently constructing a single storey extension to provide two drama studios, two music rooms and eight music practice rooms.
