We have assembled a highly qualified and experienced team of design, estimating and construction planning staff to provide the highest levels of professionalism and service. Our strategic decision to directly employ architects and design staff within the Gadd Group distinguishes our service. They provide an initial point of access to a vast range of design information and innovation. We have also established mature relationships with numerous architects, engineers and other construction professionals, many of whom we use on a regular basis.
Gadd offer full design and build services, taking client briefs and developing them into full construction solutions. Alternatively, we are pleased to work with teams of professionals pre-selected by our clients to develop and finalise the design and deliver the completed building.
Our estimating team is able to produce fast and accurate financial plans and estimates. All projects are accurately quantified using bills of quantities and priced using our computerized estimating system. This allows us to provide superior cost reports to our clients and their consultants.
As with all forms of procurement our supply chain is vitally important to us. We have established many preferred sub-contractors and suppliers who repeatedly offer exceedingly high levels of service and value. We involve our supply chain at the earliest opportunity in order to maximize the benefit of their knowledge and to provide design input, leading to best value for our clients.
