Chris is responsible as contracts manager for the control of projects to include all aspects of programming, monitoring, and the successful completion of projects. |

John Swanston - Contracts ManagerJohn joined Gadd's as a Site Manager over 10 years ago. He has since been promoted to Contracts Manager and is currently working towards full membership of the Chartered Institute of Building. John is responsible for programming, monitoring and completing a number of projects within the stated budget, specification and timescale. |
