Construction of a mixed use town centre development comprising of 3 retail units and 24 apartments.
The structure of the building comprised an insitu concrete ground floor frame with the first, second and third floors constructed using lightweight steel framing. Externally the walls are finished with brickwork, feature stonework details and render panels.
The retail units were constructed and handed over on a phased basis ready for final fit out by the tenants. The first retail unit was handed over to Johnsons Dry Cleaners in week 25. Close coordination between the site team and the three commercial tenants ensured the minimum amount of disruption and enabled them to succesfully open on time.
