This scheme comprised the refurbishment of an industrial unit to provide 855m2 of letter sorting and delivery facilities. The works included internal division and the provision of a mezzanine floor to accommodate a staff room, offices and toilet facilities. Works included surface finishes throughout the unit and the installation of specialist Royal Mail sorting and distribution furniture and fittings.
Externally, works included the construction of a steel framed canopy, the provision of concrete hard standings and the arrangements of parking, cycle storage and vehicle washing facilities.
